Double Chocolate Chip Banana Popsicles (Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Soy Free)

Double Chocolate Banana Popsicles by Gluten Free Trini



Personally, these are the best popsicles or frozen dessert that I’ve made so far. I think I’ll be making these more often. Next time, I’ll use the recipe with an ice cream maker and see if the texture would become more like ice-cream. I got the chocolate chips from Be Free Foods and the Vanilla extract from Live Green.


Double Chocolate Banana Popsicle Ingredients
Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
1 cup of almond milk
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2/3 cup of melted Enjoy Life Semi-sweet Chocolate Mini Chips
Pinch of salt


Method
  1. Add banana in small pieces, almond milk, vanilla extract and salt to a blender.
  2. Puree/Blend until smooth
  3. Melt the chocolate chips in a cup in the microwave for 2 mins or until soft.
  4. Add melted chocolate to the banana mix and Blend.
  5. Pour mixture into popsicle molds/container.
  6. Sprinkle some enjoy life chocolate chips into the molds and mix it in.
  7. Freeze for 6-8 hours.
Servings: 6-8 popsicles
